"बेंच उस समय नाराज हो गयी जब बांबे लायर्स एसोसिएशन का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले वरिष्ठ वकील दुष्यंत दवे ने सुनवाई के दौरान बीजेपी अध्यक्ष अमित शाह का नाम लेकर आरोप लगा दिया कि सब कुछ उन्हें बचाने के लिए किया जा रहा है।"



पूंजीवाद में सरकार और इसके हर विभाग, मिडिया, न्यायलय, सेना, आदि पूंजी और इसके चाटुकारों के लिए ही काम करती है!

Oxfam के अभी के रिपोर्ट के अनुसार भारत में उत्पन्न संपत्ति का 73% केवल 1% बड़े लोगों के निगल लिया!



साथियों, हमारी मांग है:



1. की मुख्य न्यायाधीश के विरुद्ध 4 जजों के विरोध के कारणों का पूरा खुलासा किया जाय!

2. मुख्य न्यायाधीश को जज लोया के मौत और अमित शाह से सम्बंधित मामलों को अलग किया जाये!

3. अमित शाह को फिर से जेल में डाला जय, ताकि पूरी खोज और निर्णय आने तक वह न्यायालय या पुलिस के कार्यवाई में हस्तक्षेप ना कर सकें!

फासीवाद: बहस का नहीं है, ध्वस्त करने का समय है!

दोस्तों फासीवाद को समझो, जो पहले के पूंजीवादी तानाशाही से भिन्न है, यहाँ तक कि १९७५ के इमरजेंसी से भी मूलतः भिन्न है!

फासीवाद भी पूंजीवाद का ही एक रूप है, जैसे crony capitalism, state capitalism, monopoly capitalism, imperialism, conscious capitalism, social democracy, स्वराज, आदि!

पर फासीवाद, पूंजीवाद का बेहद सडा और खुनी रूप है. साथ साथ यह एक "जन आन्दोलन" भी है. जर्मनी, इटली, हाल फिलहाल में ईरान (और उक्रेन उदहारण है). यहाँ पर जनता के एक भाग ने पूंजी-कठमुल्लों का साथ दिया, अमेरिकी पिट्ठठु, भ्रष्ट राजा शाह को हटाने के लिए, और लाया एक और खतरनाक शाषन, जो मजदूर और महिला विरोधी था!

दूसरा लक्षण है इस फासीवाद का, "प्रजातंत्र" के हर स्तम्भ को ध्वस्त कर देना: न्यायलय, सरकार, पुलिस, प्रशाषन, शिक्षा क्षेत्र, विज्ञानं और इतिहास, आदि!

जनता के बीच एक भय पैदा करना, जो दिख रहा है. इस जन आन्दोलन का हथियार है, अकूत पैसे, धर्म, जाती, मिडिया, सोशल मिडिया, आदि!

यानि सांप्रदायिक दंगे भी इसी फासीवाद का लक्षण है, जो इसके माँ, यानि पूंजीवाद, के गर्भ में ही था और समय समय पर बुर्जुआ दलों ने इसका इस्तेमाल किया, जनता के बीच की एकता को तोड़ने के लिए और अपनी रोटियां सेकने के लिए!

पर क्यूँ? पूंजीवाद में अंतर्विरोध है, जिसका हल उसके पास नहीं है. घटता मुनाफा दर और बढ़ता बेरोजगारी, साथ साथ बढ़ता मजदूर वर्ग, किसानों, युवाओं का असंतोष! यह अंतर्विरोध पूंजीवादी उतपादन का स्वभाविक लक्षण है. इसके साथ बढती धन सम्पदा, पर कुछेक बड़े पूंजीपतियों के हाथ में! यानि बढता सापेक्ष गरीबी, निरपेक्ष गरीबी के साथ!

तो, लक्ष्य है मेहनतकाश जनता की एकता और संघर्ष को तोड़ना, और मुनाफे दर को येन केन प्रकारेण बढ़ाना! सारे श्रम कानून को ख़त्म करना, पर्यावरण कानून को कूड़ेदान में डालना, जमीन अधिग्रहण कानून लाना, जीएसटी, नोत्बंदी, एकाधिकार मूल्य वसूल करना पेट्रोल, दाल, सब्जी, आदि पर, बैंक के द्वारा हमारे ही पैसे को लुटना, बेल इन, इत्यादी! बड़े पूंजीपतियों के अरबों खरबों के कर्ज और कर माफ़ करना!

क्या हमारे देश में यह नहीं दिख रहा है?

यदि है तो केवल तथाकथित अच्छे कामों से, प्रचार से और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लड़ने से फासीवाद या इसकी जननी पूंजीवाद या इसके और किसी भी रूप को हम हरा सकते हैं? क्या समाज से बेरोजगारी, साम्प्रदायिकता और भ्रष्टाचार ख़त्म कर सकते हैं?

तो लडाई का आधार केवल पूंजीवाद के विरोध में सर्वहारा वर्ग के एकता औए संघर्ष ही हो सकता है! बाकि तरीके असफल ही होंगे! और यदि छोटे मोटे सफलता हासिल भी होंगे तो सत्ता पूंजी के हाथों में ही रहेगी, जो फिर से वही काम करेगी जो आज दिख रहा है, भले ही पार्टी बदल जाये या फिर तारीका ही बदल जाये!

यदि मेरे बातों में कुछ तथ्य लगे तो आगे बात कर सकते हैं. वर्ना ऐसे ही एक दुसरे को, किसी और के लेख को फॉरवर्ड करते रहेंगे! सही स्थिति की सही व्याख्या हो तो हमारे राजनितिक पहल का, फासीवाद के विरुद्ध संघर्ष का, समाज में व्याप्त अन्याय के खिलाफ हमारे हस्तक्षेप का कोई सही मायने होगा. भले ही हमारी कोशिश कितनी भी छोटी हो, पर सही धारा के साथ होगा और क्रांति के सफलता में एक सहयोग होगा!!

सही विश्लेषण! पर क्या इन विश्लेषणों से "हिंदुत्ववादी" शक्तियों को हराया जा सकता है? वैसे भी इन दक्षिणपंथियों को हराने की जरुरत क्यूँ है? 
यदि हम इन शक्तियों के उदय का आधार देखें तो पाते हैं की वह पूंजीवाद है, जो संकट में है और इस संकट का उसके पास कोई इलाज नहीं है. यदि वह है, तो केवल उत्पादक शक्तियों का विनाश है. यह दुनिया में तक़रीबन हर जगह दिख रहा है. और यह फासीवाद है, एक प्रतिक्रियावादी, खूंखार जनविरोधी आन्दोलन है! समाज का एक हिस्सा ही इस आन्दोलन में शामिल है और अपने ही शोषित वर्ग के खिलाफ काम कर रहा है. इस फासीवाद का उदय पूंजीवाद से ही हुआ है और इसका लक्ष्य पूंजी के मुनाफा दर को बढ़ाना है, चाहे मजदूर वर्ग और किसान तबाह हो जाएँ. श्रम कानून, पर्यावरण कानून आदि को ख़त्म किया जा रहा है, जमीन हड़पने के सारे कानूनी और गैर कानूनी उपाय किये जा रहे हैं! और इन शोषण और प्रतारण के प्रतिरोध का इस फासीवादी तरीके से किया जा रहा है!
तो क्या इस फासीवाद का खात्मा शोषित वर्ग के आलावा और कोई कर सकता है? वह भी मजदूर वर्ग के नेत्रित्व के बिना? बिना मजदूर वर्ग के एक क्रन्तिकारी पार्टी के, बिना क्रन्तिकारी विचारधारा के?
यदि हम इस बात को समझें तो सर्वहारा क्रांति की तैयारी कर सकते हैं, फासीवाद और इसकी जननी पूंजीवाद को ही दफ़न कर सकते हैं और समाजवाद की स्थापना कर सकते हैं!

Earlier were 15 Lakh black money, 2 Crore employment/year, JLPB, Land Acquisition Bill, MFN status to Pakistan, water supply from our river and electricity to Pakistan, Beaf ban, Aadhar Card, prices of petrol/diesel/LPG, GST, etc, etc.

For soldiers it was #OROP

In fact, can't remember, if they did anything, which they claimed to do so, and didn't do, what they opposed.

Now probably, they are going to support homosexuality and lesbianism, like not playing national anthem in movie halls.

By the way, I don't find anything surprising in such acts.

Since their formation, they have been bootlegging the British, if caught by any chance, they kneeled down and begged mercy.

"Veer" Savarkar was on British payroll and after independence, was on their pension, and in fact begged British to hike pension as it was not sufficient. Incidentally, "Veer" was prefixed by himself, in his name!

After independence, they serve domestic as well as foreign masters.

I am even not surprised by the fact that many support these criminal parasites and anti nationalist, U-Turn masters. In fact, most of the supporters are "fans" of the foreign, white masters. This is the effect of the education they received, when young, and now incapacitated due mental slavery.

Yes, people's resistance has always been successful but in course, humanity lose mammoth productive forces, social values and wealth. Italy and German fascism cost mankind infinitely and we are facing such inhuman catastrophe again, not only in our country but world over.

No need to be alarmed. Keep your faith intact. Be part of some resistance group, party, organisation on ground. Never be inert or idle, as that is a crime when fascism is knocking your neighbour's or your own door!
